Some Good Crops to Grow at The Start of Spring

In Stardew Valley, spring is the season of new beginnings, where the snow melts away and the sun shines brighter, making it the perfect time to start planting crops. Here are some crops that you can consider growing during the spring season:

  1. Strawberries: These are highly profitable crops that can be planted in the first month of spring and harvested multiple times before the season ends. They take eight days to mature and produce berries every four days thereafter. Planting them in the greenhouse with sprinklers or near a water source can help increase their yield.

  2. Cauliflower: These take longer to mature than strawberries, but they provide a good payout. They take 12 days to grow and can be sold for a decent amount. It's important to note that cauliflower needs to be planted on the first day of spring to have enough time to mature before the season ends. It's also a good idea to fertilize them with high-quality fertilizer for an even better yield.

  3. Potatoes: These are one of the easiest crops to grow in Stardew Valley. They take six days to mature and can be harvested multiple times during the season. They also have a low upfront cost, making them a good option for those just starting out. It's recommended to plant potatoes in an area that has good soil quality and water them daily for maximum yield.

Overall, these are just a few of the crops you can consider growing in spring in Stardew Valley. Make sure to consider your available resources and time constraints when choosing what to plant. Happy farming!

Some Good Crops to Grow at The Start of Summer

In Stardew Valley, summer is the second season of the year, and it lasts for 28 days. The season begins on the 1st of Summer and ends on the 28th of Summer. During this time, the weather is generally warm, with occasional thunderstorms and rain. The summer season is an excellent time for farming, as many crops thrive in the warm weather and the longer daylight hours provide more time for planting, watering, and harvesting crops. Here are some crops that you can consider growing during the summer season in Stardew Valley:

  1. Blueberries: These are highly profitable crops that can be planted in the first month of summer and harvested multiple times before the season ends. They take 13 days to mature and produce berries every four days thereafter. They are an ideal crop for those with limited farming space, as they have a high yield per square. Planting them in the greenhouse or near a source of water can also help to increase their yield.

  2. Melons: These take longer to mature than blueberries, but they provide a good payout. They take 12 days to grow and can be sold for a decent amount. Melons require plenty of water, so it's a good idea to plant them near a source of water or to use sprinklers. Fertilizing them with high-quality fertilizer can also help to boost their yield.

  3. Corn: This crop takes 14 days to mature, but it provides a high payout and can be used to create various dishes. It's important to note that corn should be planted in a nine-by-nine grid for optimal growth, as they require a lot of space to grow. It's also a good idea to fertilize them with high-quality fertilizer and to water them daily for maximum yield.

Some Good Crops to Grow at The Start of Fall

Fall is the third season in Stardew Valley, and it lasts for 28 days, starting on the 1st of Fall and ending on the 28th of Fall. The weather during fall is generally mild and cloudy, with occasional gusts of wind and rainfall. As the leaves change color and fall from the trees, the season provides a warm and cozy atmosphere in the game. Here are some crops that you might consider growing during the fall season in Stardew Valley:

  1. Pumpkins: These crops take 13 days to mature and can be harvested multiple times before the end of the season. They have a high yield per square, making them an ideal crop for those with limited space. Pumpkins can also be used in a variety of recipes and sold for a high price, making them a profitable crop.

  2. Cranberries: These are highly profitable crops that can be planted in the first month of fall and harvested multiple times before the season ends. They take 7 days to mature and produce berries every 5 days thereafter. Cranberries require a bit more effort to set up compared to some other crops as they need to be planted on a specific type of terrain, but the payout can be well worth it. They are an ideal crop for those who want to maximize their profit and have a bit of extra space.

  3. Corn: Although corn is not exclusively a fall crop, it can be planted in the summer and harvested in the fall. It takes 14 days to mature and can be used in a variety of recipes, making it a versatile and profitable crop. Corn requires a large amount of space to grow, so it's best to plant them in a nine-by-nine grid. Fertilizing them with high-quality fertilizer can also help to boost their yield.

  3. Water the crops: After planting, you'll need to water the crops every day. You can do this by using the watering can and clicking on the crops.

Harvest the crops: Crops in the Greenhouse grow at the same rate as crops outside, so you'll need to keep an eye on them and harvest them when they're ready. To harvest, simply use your scythe tool and click on the mature crops.
